Mission

The Personnel and Planning Committee of the Indian Valley Community Services District supports the Board of Directors by reviewing matters related to District staffing, organizational policies, and long-term planning. The committee helps evaluate personnel policies, job descriptions, and staffing needs to ensure the District can effectively provide services to the community.

In addition, the committee reviews strategic and operational planning efforts that guide the District’s future development and infrastructure improvements. By examining both workforce needs and long-term goals, the Personnel and Planning Committee helps ensure that the District remains well-organized, responsive to community needs, and prepared to support reliable services for residents of Indian Valley.

Meetings 

This committee usually reviews personnel matters and long term planning projects of the district.

These meetings allow for uninterrupted dialogue among two board of directors to discuss personnel and planning matters of the district. These meetings are productive and help convey public comments and input through recommendations to the board at regular board meetings.
