Clean Fresh Water

The IVCSD supplies the communities of Greenville and Crescent Mills, California with fresh drinking water. The Greenville system includes Round Valley reservoir, a water treatment plant with a 720,000 gallon storage tank, and approximately 6 miles of delivery mains. Crescent Mills has its own system with a spring, treatment plant, and 231,000 gallon storage tank and distribution mains. All lots are metered with monthly billing based on usage.

The Indian Valley Community Services District (IVCSD) will be replacing water meters in Greenville, followed by Crescent Mills, over the coming months.

📍 What to expect:
• Work will be scheduled by neighborhood
• Customers will receive advance notification
• A short‑term water shutoff (up to 4 hours) will be required during replacement
